All content on this site — text, images, production stills, video, logos, marks and design — is owned by Lufodo Group or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright and trade mark law. Production titles, cast and crew credits, and third-party partner marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and editorial purposes.

3. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep this site accurate and current. Production credits, venue specifications, programme details, fees and dates are provided for information and may change. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Venue capacities, technical specifications and rates are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team.

4. Enquiries and submissions

Enquiries submitted through this site do not create a contract, booking, place on a programme, or commission. They are enquiries. A binding arrangement only exists once terms have been issued and accepted in writing by both parties.

Please do not send unsolicited creative material — scripts, treatments, formats or manuscripts — through this website. Where such material is received unsolicited, we cannot guarantee confidentiality and accept no obligation of any kind in respect of it. Formal submission routes are set out on the commissions page.

5. Venue hire

Glover Memorial Hall hire is governed by a separate hire agreement issued with each booking, which sets out capacity, technical provision, deposits, caution fees, cancellation and refund terms, facility rules and safety requirements. Those terms take precedence over anything stated on this website. Nothing on this page forms part of a hire agreement.

6. Academy admissions

Information about LAPA programmes, intakes and fees is indicative and subject to confirmation. Admission is governed by the academy's admissions terms, issued with the prospectus and application form. Accreditation and award are subject to the requirements of the National Board for Technical Education.
